The chalet was designed by a Parisian Architect & completed in 2004. It�s a very comfortable chalet and, with the additional space of a mezzanine on the 1st floor, a double height ceiling in the living area & a converted basement, it feels spacious & homely! www.frenchmountainchalet.co.uk

Located in a residential area of Les Houches. 5 mins drive from the local ski lifts, & 10 mins from Chamonix.

The chalet is part of a large chalet building split into 2, known locally as a demi-chalet!. The accommodation is split over 3 floors, detailed below, with private access and ample parking.

LOCATION

Les Houches is located in the Chamonix Valley, three miles from the centre of Chamonix. Geneva Airport can be reached in an hour by car, and Calais in eight hours.
Within the village you will find numerous restaurants and bars, a Post Office, bakeries & supermarkets.
It also has a variety of shops, specializing in mountain sports with equipment to buy & rent.

The Chalet can comfortably accommodate 5 guests or up to 7 with children.

2 double bedrooms. Open mezzanine with single bed sofa. 2 sofa beds in the Den. Bathroom with shower & WC. Shower room with WC. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher/oven & hob/microwave /fridge. Washing machine. 2 TV's with DVD players, Satellite TV. Ski store area. Parking. Garden & Terrace.
